A. No. However, we can collect your PC and repair it back at base should you prefer. Please call for more details. Back to Top

A. The cost will be dependent on the time it takes us to complete the task. In the unlikely event that we can not provide a solution, we will not charge you anything. Back to Top

Q. What happens if I miss my appointment?

A. If you have a pre booked appointment and you fail to keep it without informing us, we will still have to charge you a minimum of £22.50. Back to Top

Q. What happens if the job only takes ten minutes to complete?

A. The minimum charge for our services is £22.50. If the job takes only minutes to complete, this fee is still payable. This helps to cover travelling expenses etc. Back to Top
